Maintenance contracts are valid for one year, during which tasks will be performed. With a weekly passage in the winter season, and two biweekly passages in the summer season.

The technical team is responsible for:

• Mowing lawn
• De-budding trees and lianas
• Training sizes and plant cleaning
• Preventive and curative treatment of plants
• Fattening plants
• Collection of leaves during a fall
• Site cleaning (waste disposal, mowing and cutting of plants)
